  2. Refrain from unethical transactions such as giving or accepting bribes & unlawful or unjustified payments;
  3. Consider human rights, labor practices, the environment, consumers and communities and the effects on them in our strategic decision

For this, our compliance programme ‘The Code’ is implemented by all Harmony Relocation Network members.

Our commitment to privacy protection means that we commit to satisfy applicable requirements and continual improvement of our information security management system:

  1. We will never ask for more information of personal nature than strictly needed to perform the customer’s removal or relocation;
  1. No profiling is done based on provided information;
  2. No automated decision making is done based on personal data;
  3. We will never pass on personal information to third parties unless we are legally required to do so;
  4. Personal information is never sold or used for commercial purposes;
  5. We abide by the privacy laws in effect in the countries in which we conduct business;
  6. Our workers are expressly instructed to not disclose any information of personal nature they obtain during their work to any outside parties, and sanctions may apply if this instruction is broken;
